Messolar LLC (also operating as Messolar Moving and Installation Services) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") values the privacy of our customers and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information obtained from our customers ("Customer," "you," or "your") and complies with all applicable state and federal laws in the United States regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

1.2. Information We Collect Automatically

2. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Messolar LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers who request moving services. Messages are used to send moving quotes, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, payment links, and service notifications related to the customer's moving job.
2.1. How Communication Is Initiated
Customers initiate contact by:
- Calling our business;
- Submitting a quote request through our website; or
- Communicating directly with our staff.
SMS messages are used only for customer service and operational communication regarding requested moving services.
2.2. Opt-In Method
Customers provide consent to receive SMS messages through one of the following methods:
- Verbal consent during a phone call;
- Submitting their phone number through our website quote form;
- Direct communication requesting moving services.
2.3. Verbal Consent Script
When a customer contacts Messolar LLC to request a moving quote or schedule a moving service, our representative asks the customer for permission to send text messages.
Example script used by our staff:
"May we send you text messages with updates regarding your moving quote, scheduling details, and service notifications?"
If the customer agrees and provides their phone number, they are opted in to receive SMS messages related to their moving service.
2.4. Opt-Out Instructions
Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Customers may reply HELP for assistance.
2.5. Compliance Statement
Messolar LLC only sends SMS messages to customers who have requested moving services or provided consent. Messages are used strictly for operational communication regarding moving services, scheduling updates, quotes, and payment notifications. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages via SMS.
Our SMS practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
2.6. SMS Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing in this Privacy Policy (Section 5) exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1. General
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Messolar LLC. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Messolar LLC. Messolar LLC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of outbound messages. Messolar LLC also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
3.2. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.3. Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Messolar LLC again, just sign up as you did the first time and Messolar LLC will start sending messages to you again.
3.4. Information and Help

3.5. Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at [email protected]. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

3.7. Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The Company may use the information collected to:
(a) Provide moving, packing, loading, unloading, transportation, and installation services; (b) Prepare and deliver estimates and quotations; (c) Schedule and coordinate moving dates and logistics; (d) Process payments and issue invoices; (e) Communicate with you and respond to inquiries; (f) Send SMS notifications about your move (with consent); (g) Improve our website and services; (h) Advertise to you through Facebook Ads with Meta and other digital advertising platforms; (i) Conduct analytics and market research; (j) Comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements; (k) Respond to legal requests, subpoenas, court orders, or government investigations; (l) Protect our legal rights, property, and safety, and those of our employees, customers, and the public; (m) Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems; (n) Enforce our Terms and Conditions.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
The Company may share your information with:
5.1. Trusted Third Parties for Advertising
We may share information with Facebook and its affiliates (Meta) to facilitate Facebook Ads campaigns. This sharing is for advertising purposes only and does not include SMS opt-in data or consent information.
5.2. Service Providers
We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting business activities, including:
(a) Payment processors; (b) Cloud storage and software providers; (c) Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms; (d) Email service providers; (e) Marketing and analytics providers; (f) Insurance providers (for valuation coverage purposes); (g) Subcontractors or third-party movers (only when necessary to complete your service).
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

7.2. Records related to interstate moves are retained for a minimum of three (3) years in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations (49 CFR § 375.215).
